She is deeply committed to helping clients navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives, striving to provide practical and effective solutions tailored to their individual needs.
Nancy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta. She then received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sydney. After completion of the accreditation process, she articled at a family law firm in Calgary and was called to the bar in 2015. Nancy joined the team at Richmond Tymchuk Family Law LLP in 2019 and joined the partnership in 2025.
Nancy’s practice encompasses a wide range of family law matters, including property division, divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal or partner support. Nancy approaches each case with care, balancing empathy with efficiency to ensure her clients feel supported throughout the legal process. An adept problem-solver, Nancy aims to resolve issues in ways that minimize unnecessary stress and help clients move forward. Nancy has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal.
