Where to begin with reviewing a law firm? I was referred here by a friend, maybe the best referral of my life. All lawyers are not the same, so having specialized family law services was beyond helpful. Additionally, I felt valued and heard at this smaller family law firm.. Erin Townley and team made what I thought would be a rather painful process, quite straightforward and less stressful.

The best thing that I ever did was hire Ms. Tymchuk! My family background is impossibly complex - what Ms. Tymchuk was able to do for me and my children - couldn't be done. Yet she did it. In fact, Ms. Tymchuk made history with my file and got us out of a three year nightmare that words can't describe. I cannot recommend her enough. You will not find a more knowledgeable, dedicated, flexible, and honest attorney. She is able to separate the emotion from the facts and explain the pro's and con's of each path of action; and advise whether that action is financially in your best interests. I honestly don't know where I would be, if it wasn't for Laurie, or her assistant, Roula. Gratitude doesn't begin to cover what she did for my family.

Laurie cares about her clients. I was in a horrible situation and as soon as I contacted Laurie she found immediate solution. I had tried a few lawyers that didn't do anything or help and so I switched over to Laurie and I’m so thankful I did. She knows the law and how to get things done. I’m glad I had her on my side I wouldn’t want to be on the other side. I was amazed how she found solutions and ways to get things done. Nothing gets past her. Laurie Tymchuk is a brilliant family lawyer. I started working with her after an extraordinary recommendation from my tax lawyer and a group of lawyers at Deloitte. I have a complicated business structure with multiple numbered companies and Laurie comprehends the business better than I do, and far better than opposing counsels have. I believe she has saved me tens of thousands of dollars in consultation fees with accounting experts. I retained another lawyer for a second opinion for due diligence and they said “you are in good hands with Laurie. We are not friends but I respect her work.
